Put Your Best Face Forward

A grade or a test score only tells half of a student’s story.

It’s time to shout out the other half.

Kira Talent is a product that helps universities around the world admit students to their programs using online interviews and video responses.

The York School was the first independent school in Canada to use Kira Talent as part of our admissions process. Because we are an early adopter, the leaders at Kira are excited to provide a workshop to York School students applying to university on how best to complete the online components of many applications. In fact, once word got out that The York School was going to provide this workshop to our students, independent schools called to ask if they could send their graduating classes as well.

There are many Universities that use the platform, but especially if you are you applying to any of the following programs:

  • Waterloo Engineering

  • Western Ivey AEO

  • UBC Business

  • U. of Toronto Business or Engineering

  • McMaster Engineering

Then you should attend this “first ever” workshop hosted by KIRA TALENT on how to be real, be yourself and “ace” your video interview.

Monday November 5th at 6pm. Pizza Dinner for all who attend
