We had a successful Leadership Fair. Your child will be assigned a “job” based on ones they signing up for in the next couple of weeks.
This week our Unit, How We Organize Ourselves, focussed on the different levels of government, Municipal, Provincial and Federal. The students read and documented the responsibilities of each of the types of government.
Number sense and numeration is on everyone’s mind and we will be practising adding and subtracting, as well as getting into multiplication skills soon.
Please respect the rules of the road at drop off and pick up and follow proper York School procedures to ensure everyone’s safety.
