Athletics

What a busy week in Athletics. Our Varsity Ski and Swim teams began their respective seasons with some awesome success.

Our U13 Girls Volleyball team is rolling in league play moving to 3-1 on the season, and our U12 boys Boys Basketball and U12 Girls Volleyball teams began Festival play this week.

Varsity Girls Volleyball continues to dominate Division 1 with a 3-0 record and our Varsity Boys Basketball team members were silver medalists this past weekend at the TCS Bears Classic!

Huge Announcements!

January 30, 2025 from 12:30pm - 3:00pm, York will host the We Can Play conference as part of Wellness Week. Middle and Senior School girls will have the opportunity to enjoy 30 minutes of yoga, followed by workshops and inspirational talks from former Olympians Sarah Wells and Rachel Cockrell. One of the aims of this conference is to inspire more girls to get involved and stay involved in athletics and sport.

February 7, 2025 will be a TYS Community Event titled “Friday Night Lights”. We want our entire school community to come and cheer on our Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys as they take on Malvern Collegiate. We will have the RoadSide Grill Food Truck to feed our community with some tasty items.
