Athletics
Where do we start this week in Athletics? Oh, I know. Huge shoutout to Georgia B in Grade 11 who earned a Bronze Medal at the Provincial Championships (OFSAA) last week in Barrie, Ontario. A huge accomplishment and was our second OFSAA medal this year (Colin W earned a medal for skiing). Straight up wow.
Pretty light week this week in sport at TYS with Challenge Week, but we will highlight that our U9 Co-ED Track and Field Team is off to Bayview Glen for a meet. Good Luck.

Junior Speech Nationals Update
Congratulations to Max B in Grade 8 for placing 3rd overall at the Junior Speech Nationals in Vancouver this past weekend!
2nd Tuition Installment - Due Friday, May 31, 2024
The 2nd Tuition payment for the 2024 - 2025 school year is due by Friday, May 31, 2024.
JK - Grade 12 $20,350.00
These payments only apply to those not on the monthly installment plan.
Payment options include:
Online Payment - Through most major banks, you are able to set up The York School as a payee to enable the payment of tuition online. Set up the “York School” as a payee and then use the last five digits of your child’s student account.
Cheque - The School prefers to receive your payments electronically, however, if you choose to pay by cheque, cheques may be dropped off at Middle/Senior School reception at 1320 Yonge Street.
Credit Card - Credit card payments through Plastiq can be made with most major credit cards. Go to https://request.plastiq.com/pay-the-york-school and register. Please note that payments may take 3-5 business days to process and that a service fee of 2.9% will be applied.
