The York School Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, October 30 at 5:30 pm ET. The meeting will be held (i) virtually via videoconference, and (ii) in-person at 1320 Yonge Street. Members may choose whether to attend virtually or in-person. Whether in-person or online you will need to register in advance to get the meeting/voting link. We will be voting using the zoom platform. If you are attending in-person, please ensure you bring your phone and or a computer with you. In order to vote in-person you must ensure you have the latest version of the zoom application installed and your zoom username and password. The zoom meeting/voting link will be sent to you once you register. 

For those parents/legal guardians who have completed your Designation of Members of the Corporation form, an email will be sent to you on Tuesday October 15, 2024 to invite you to submit your questions and sign and deliver a proxy, if desired. If you have not submitted your Designation of Members of the Corporation Form, please Log into Yorknet to complete your Form (which can be found under school forms).
