Categories:
- Middles school category (Grade 6 - 8): No deep knowledge of any particular subject is required. The test will focus on general knowledge, real problems, and critical thinking.
- High School Category (Grade 9 – 12): Requires basic biology, chemistry, physics, and math knowledge to solve problems. The test will focus on critical thinking and real world applications.
Regular registration deadline: January 25, 2025 ($30), Late Dedline Feb 7th ($40)

Join us for a casual reception on Sunday, February 2 from 3:30 – 5:00pm EST for prospective undergraduate students and their supporters! This reception will give students a chance to learn about academics, student life, and residence, as well as a chance to mingle with alumni and other students who are interested in King’s. Wharton High School Data Science Competition: Basketball Tournament Predictions
Wharton Sports Analytics and Business Initiative and Wharton Global Youth invite you to participate in the second annual Wharton High School Data Science Competition.
Using team-level box score data from an entire regular season of women’s college basketball, teams of high school students will determine rankings and predict winning percentages for postseason play. Get ready to bring your data science game to the court! Registration closes on January 31. Click HERE to register.

Free and open to all current high school students (ages 14–18)
Teams must be comprised of 3-5 students from the same school + 1 advisor
