Tickets:
Children under 3 years: Free!
Children 3 years and older: $25 (includes food, ice cream, and a drink)
Adults: $50 (includes food and a drink)
Bring your own water bottle, sunscreen, hats and sunglasses.
CARNIVAL Silent Auction Website
Carnival Silent Auction website contains some truly incredible experiences such as premium Blue Jays tickets, a luxury overnight retreat to The Escarpment House Estate with Private Chef, a trip of a lifetime for two to India, to mention just a few.
The Silent Auction will go live shortly, please start checking toward the end of day tomorrow. It will remain open until 5:30pm on June 8.
Proceeds from the Silent Auction will help us build More Great Spaces for students today and in the years to come.

The online site is now open for orders until June 21, 2024. Orders can be shipped directly to your home or to The York Shop for free. These orders can be picked up on August 27 and August 28, 2024 from 1:00pm - 4:00pm at The York Shop at our 1320 campus.

All the samples are available at the Gathering Place in the Junior School from Thursday, May 30 untill lunch on Friday, June 7.

YPA CALL FOR CLASS PARTY VOLUNTEERS
We are still looking for a handful of volunteers for each grade to help facilitate our year end class parties on Friday, June 14 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm.
Please sign up to volunteer using this form. Volunteers will be confirmed by email on or by June 1 (as it is possible that interest will exceed available spaces). All confirmed volunteers will be needed, rain or shine!
GRADE 5 CELEBRATION - PARENT PHOTO REQUEST
Our Grade 5 Celebration Committee still needs photos of every graduate for a special keepsake for our students. Please submit your 5 photos using this Grade 5 Celebration Student Photo Request Form - 2024 or email them directly to Alex MacDonald at alexandra.macdonald@gmail.com.
Please share a photograph of your child at school in JK or SK to be added to our slideshow. It doesn't have to be at the York School.
Select, scan and send us 5 photos of your child from different points in their school career, (kindergarten, primary and junior years).
