YPA
The York School Parents’ Association (YPA) plays a large part in contributing to this vibrant community. The YPA is a volunteer organization that conducts events that increase school spirit and camaraderie. The YPA also encourages volunteerism and raises funds to support the school. All parents and guardians of current students are automatically members of the YPA.

The online site is now open for orders until June 21, 2024. Orders can be shipped directly to your home or to The York Shop for free. These orders can be picked up on August 27 and August 28, 2024 from 1:00pm - 4:00pm at The York Shop at our 1320 campus.

Please pop in to the Gathering Place and try on a sample so that you know what size to order.

The York School Parents’ Association (YPA) is looking for volunteers to fill the Class Parent and specialized committee positions for the upcoming year. Becoming a YPA volunteer is a great way to connect with other parents and participate in activities that contribute to building our wonderful York School community.
We are looking for volunteers for 2024 - 2025 school year in the following positions:

Preloved Uniform Committee
Parent Connects (monthly Book Club and Coffee Socials)

Shop hours: 11:30am to 12:30pm (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
Shop Details: Last day to order and have your items delivered to your respective Campus is Wednesday May 29, 2024 at 12:00pm.
The Shop will be closed for inventory from May 30 to August 26 inclusive.
It will reopen during the last week of August 27, 28 for spirit and gym items (1:00pm to 4:00pm).
Grab your cozy pants for camp and/or cottage - only 3 weeks left before shop is closed.

YPA Annual Meeting
Please join us in person for the YPA Annual Meeting from 9:00am to 9:30am at the JS Cafeteria on June 3, 2024. RSVP not required.
Parent Connects Monthly Coffee Socials
The Parent Connects Committee is putting together a monthly parent coffee social open to all York families. The York School is a strong believer in community building and this monthly get together would be a great opportunity to bring both new and returning families together across all divisions (Junior, Middle and Senior Schools).
